At Ecoarborist Ltd we endeavour to limit the destructive impact of necessary tree removal by planting at least 1 tree for every one that is felled. We do this by running our tree plantation scheme. Where possible we will re plant at the site where the tree is felled.

If this is undesirable to the client, then we co ordinate with a local land owner, or the local council, to replant in a more suitable environment. The scheme runs on the basis of a voluntary contribution, made by participating clients, to cover the cost of re planting. There is no obligation to participate in the scheme if you are having a tree removed. But the scheme is proving very popular with clients who are concerned with the environmental impacts of tree removal.

We are currently planting approximately 30% more trees than those which are felled by the company.

Local landowners are welcome to get in touch if they have land to be dedicated to tree planting projects. Whether it be restoration of native woodland or more exotic planting of more ornamental, garden/arboretum species. We are always looking for new planting locations.
